´There was a good amount of studio time, in combination with exploring the environment and gallery's in Barreiro and Lisbon. This all together gave a good insight in the art scene there but also made it possible to focus on your own projects. I felt very comfortable working in the open studio's, which is something I was a bit nervous about at first. In brief: I look back on a very good and positive stay at PADA studios.´

´The site itself is so unique both physically and historically, alongside its situation so close to Lisbon it is perfect. I particularly appreciated the accommodation and how close it was to the studios, the size of the studio space itself and the communal areas. It was great to have staff on-site so consistently for advice. It was an enriching and liberating feeling going to the studio everyday and I always felt safe with my needs met.´
