Live-Work Unit
PADA live-work unit.
This year we have available a 1 bedroom cottage in the Bairro of Santa Barbara prepared as a live-work unit.
We have renovated the cottage to give the option for PADA alumni to extend their stay after the residency, to return to continue a project or just to come back for a visit.
This offer will be alongside the residency but will not be part of the daily residency program.
You will however have access to the communal areas at PADA and be included in social aspects of the residency if you wish.
The private cottage includes:
Double bedroom
Full kitchen: fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils, cutlery and crockery
Bathroom
Large living area and studio
Studio space, approx 15m2
Outdoor courtyard
Great proximity to Gil’s cafe!
Wifi
Acess to PADA Studios facilities 24/7
The cottage is available trough the year and can be booked depending on your availability. Prices vary according to duration of stay:
1 week - €280
2 weeks - €500
4 weeks - €950
